Michael, joined the T.F. Brewing team about a year ago and has been learning to brew under the like of Kevin, Sam and Cobb. Michael sees himself as a sponge when it comes to learning about brewing and all things beer.
Michael is also known as the Italian IT guy at TF as he likes to tinker to find what makes things work and why they're not working when they're broke. Michael is a utilitarian type, where ever you need him to help he'll be there to lend a hand if not a solution. We enjoyed some great beers as well! GOLD winning and some of our go to's.
