In this episode I travel up north to Ogden, UT to record with brewmaster Jaqcuie King of Ogden Beer Co., a newly opened brewery here in UT. We're accompanied by Cellerman at OBC, Luiz. Ogden Beer Co., opened in January of 2023 as they came into the space of the former Ogden River Brewing. We discuss the path Jaqcuie has taken to accomplish her goals in brewing and more. From her time in Germany and nerding on the science of beer to her time brewing in College. We enjoy a Mexican cerveza to start our episode as we discuss several topics and several laughs. Luiz discusses his way into craft beer and making his way up the ladder at Proper Brewing and now Ogden Beer Co. We discuss Ogden as a town, and as Luiz put it "O Town or no town".
